    Designation : Executive - operations
    Company Profile : It is an Indian largest Retail format and great business in the names of food bazaar, big bazaar, hometown, pantaloons, kb fair price are managed by our company with full operational support as per the need & demand of the people. Company has set up it’s own Pvt brand, & trying hard to attain the sustainability in market, with increasing the market share. Company is also having the total backend support (warehouses), from where the inventory control, logistics & backend operations are managed with store coordination.

    Job Profile :
    Overall responsibility of Dc operation :-
    - Ensuring the Order related work of the stores as generated from their sales and auto replenishment system as per their area & sales.
    - Manual order of the new stores and treating them as new born baby.
    - Ensuring the purchase order generations & pick slip creation on proper timeline.
    - Ensuring the picking of the goods by various sections.
    - Ensuring the system wise entry of goods dispatched on store site.
    - Providing a return document number on mail to stores for returning goods to warehouse because of various like quality issues, store damage, in transit damage, expiry, near expiry & other damages after category approval.
    - Ensuring the system wise entry of goods received in warehouse in the form of quality issues, store damage, in transit damage, expiry, near expiry & miscellaneous damages on warehouse site.
    - Flashing of the fill report, comparing the order received & dispatched done to stores.
    - Ensuring of the clearance of the inward & outward entries of the stores of which the stock takes are scheduled next day.
    - Ensures that invoice soft copy is provided to stores so that they can get a idea of the skus they would be receiving in the upcoming vehicle so that they can plan for space in store.
    - Inventory control in the form of providing inward & outward reports to stores for proper checking & reverting if any issues.
    - Total store coordination.
    - Total management of the backend store team.

    LOGISTICS :-
    - Making the loading plan as per the next day loading schedule & arrangement of vehicles as per the tonnage.
    - Coordination with transporters & agents for arrangements of vehicles.
    - Keeping at least 5 vehicles in hand for next day morning.
    - Follow-up with stores for fast & proper unloading of vehicles.
    - Coordination with the loaders for the reducing loading mistakes & loading of the correct sku as required.
    - Deletion of the pick slip of the stores of which loading has been cancelled for any reason & informing the same to that store, area manager & operation manager via mail.
    - Mailing the vehicle plan to stores, area managers & operation manager so that at store level space planning could be done.
    - Managing the vehicle of the performing store in such a way that it audit doesn’t hampers if on the same day, with store coordination..
    - Total management of the logistics team.
