1. Jacking System : Removing the Gear Boxes and pinion Assemblies from location stripping down completely, change Bearing and build up for the Manual Dimension and fit back on location, replacing the guide plates, testing the leg teeth, and testing of jacking system, national jacking system, backer marine and MLT jacking system.
2. Rotary table : Taking out complete rotary table gear box and DC Motor Assembly from location, separate, dismantle the rotary table completely, change the main bearing, dismantle the capsule and change the bearing, oil seals, checking the pinion as well as crown teeth, assembly, change bearing ,change oil seals and assemble the same aligning the table as well as transmission. National and Varco rotary tables.
3. MUD PUMP : Replacing piston liner assembly, changing cross head bearings, cross head guides, taking out the crank shaft connecting rod assembly, and changing main bearing, changing connecting rod bearing, overhaul the lube oil pumps, replacing the pulleys, fit back the pump and installation on place. National, Wirth, Gardner Denver Mud pumps.
4. Draw Works : Stripping down complete draw works assembly as well as drum shaft assembly changing the chains, linkages, complete pneumatic control hoses, strip down brake assembly, sand line shaft assembly, roller brake assembly, sand line brake assembly, gauge all the parts and assemble the draw works by changing needful parts, change all the bearing and grease lines. National, Emsco, Oilwell Draw Works.
5. Top Drive : Dismantling top drives completely Gauge all the parts and fit back the same by changing the needful parts as well as overhauling hydraulic pumps and motors, Grabber, break motors. Varco top drives.
6. Crown Assembly : strip down the crown assembly change the bearing of sheaves, calibrate the shafts and fit back in position.
7. Swivel : Dismantling the swivel assembly, calibrate, change the bearing and seal and fit back in position.
8. Hook : Dismantling the Hook block Assembly, calibrate, change the bearing and seal and fit back in position
9. Breaks : Almagco breaks dismantling complete break assembly check the magnets changing the bearings and seals and fit back the same to the manual air gap and installation on location.
10. Agitators : O/H the Agitators by changing the bearing and seals.
