Job Description
Qualification - B.E/ B.TECH

Experience - minimum 8-12 years of experience in oil and gas industries out of which at least 5-8 years in commissioning and operation of multi-product cross country pipelines, pumping petroleum products such as Naphtha, Reformate, Gasolene, Jet fuel, Gas oil & Straight Run Residue.

Responsibilities -
He should be capable of commissioning and operating the product terminals, pipelines and tank farms from Pipeline Control Room (DCS / SCADA Panels).
He shall also be responsible for commissioning the petroleum storage tanks.
As in-charge of a shift he will be responsible for ensuring safe and trouble free operation of all equipment & systems in the terminal which includes multistage centrifugal pumps, chemical injection pumps, product heaters, Control valves, ESD valves, Coriolis flow meters, density meters, colorimeters etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
The Process Engineer who will function as a shift-in-charge must have experience in the following areas:
Petroleum product tankfarm management
Petroleum product pumping operation and chemical additive management
Cross country pipeline network operation preferably in a multi product environment
DCS (along with various interfacing control systems, which are used for the above 3 bulleted items) and SCADA operation
In addition to managing the above during the shift, he will be responsible for safety and utility systems

- Field Instruments Maintenance Planning
- Prepare instruments data sheet
- Capital (Critical) Spares list Preparation.
- To undertake inspection of vendor skids before final acceptance by client.
- Preventive & Reactive maintenance of all instruments.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Report
- Budgets planning & inventory control
- Maintaining ISO-9001-2008, ISO-14001 Documentation likes Calibration & History Report etc. Also face the Internal & External Audit.

- Preparing Training schedule as per the need of the employee and conducting the same.
