WORKING EXPOSURE
Presently working with Tata Steel as Manager Operation & House Keeping at Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur since 1st December, 2009 to till date. NIMS was an 80 bedded Multi Specialty Hospital located in industrial town of Faridabad at Sector 23. There was no Medical Superintendent posted in that hospital at that time. My job was to look after the overall functioning of the hospital including patient care and administration. All the departmental heads of the hospital were reporting to me and I in turn reported to the Chairman.
Worked as Hospital Administrator in Arvind Yadav Hospital & Research Centre, Rewari a 50 bedded Multi Specialty Hospital from 05.06.2004 to 10.02.2006. My job was to look after the overall administration of the hospital. I was responsible for maintaining the proper decorum and code of conduct of the staff in the hospital and managing adjoining residential campus of the hospital, where all the doctors and staff of the hospital used to live, establish corporate and TPA empanelment, maintain human resource management, look into purchasing and inventory control. Since, it was a newly established hospital I got all certification/permission required for the Hospital like MTP, USG registration and drug license for medical store etc.
