TITLE : Annual Medical Bill for Banks.

Description :
The aim of this project was to create “Annual Medical Bill” for the staff working in the branches of State Bank of Hyderabad. In a typical bank hierarchy, there are three levels of employees, namely, Officers, Clerks and Peons. With the medical bill form that was generated as a part of this project, the employees can claim their medical expenses based on their position in the organization and their eligibility. On 1st January of every year, all the staff medical bill accounts will be credited according to their eligibility.
The eligibility criteria for different levels of staff is :
For officers : Rs 3500/-
For clerks : Rs 1500/-
For peons : Rs 500/-
If they want to claim their amount, they must first check in their accounts for the balance availability, through a protected User ID and Password. If the balance is available, they can claim or utilize the required money, else the system displays insufficient balance. If the employee has not claimed the eligible amount for the current financial year, the amount will be carried over to the next financial year.

Once the employee raises a claim for an amount that he is eligible, the approval goes to the required officials and the claimed amount gets deducted from his/her account after the approval process is completed. He/She can then check the remaining balance for further claims.
If the employee gets promotion, the eligibility would be changed automatically.
