Synopsis In geophysics, amplitude versus offset (AVO) or amplitude variation with offset is a variation in seismic reflection amplitude with change in distance between shot point and receiver. It is also referred as AVA (amplitude variation with angle).
I have made an effort to give an overview of Processing and Interpretation of seismic data obtained by several Seismic methods.
Project Title Application of Foraminifera in Petroleum Exploration
Synopsis The two most common applications of foraminiferal micropaleontology in petroleum exploration are biostratigraphy and paleo-environmental (Older environment) analysis.
I have made an effort to give an overview of the latter in terms of methods and techniques.
