ACADEMIC PROJECT :-
Major Project : - Sequential control card for winder. (It is use in plastic processing industries.)
We prepare this card for Ms. JP Industries (plastic processing industries)
We use Mitsubishi drive with PID controlled (PWM based) and Hall sensor in our project to control tension of tap (thread).
We get second price in project competition creato 2006 at vidhyanagar.

Minor Project :
-Current measuring system. By using this method, we can measure current of more then one heaters by using only one measuring system.

Achievement :
- I got an award of best engineer 2010-2011 at welspun corp. ltd.

WORK EXPOSURE :-
Handling shift activity in continuous running plant and power management.
Introduce modifications in plant, and maintain stocks.
Attain break dawn maintenance and preventive maintenance. Fault finding & troubleshooting.
Maintenance of LT & HT breakers.
Testing and repairing of A.C. & DC drives.
Work with laser rays based displacement system(Kencey & AR600 laser sensor)
Work with Pillar (4 &15 Kw) & Ameritherm (20 & 25 Kw) make radio frequency generators.
Maintenance of gas based and thyristor based ovens.
Maintenance & calibration of panel & field instruments.
Work with different types of limit s\w proximity s\w photocells etc.
Work with I /L, Samson, Dembla & R.K. engineering make control valves & on/off valves.
Various types of level switches, pressure switches& temperature switches.
Work with of Rosemount, ABB, Yokogawa, E&H and Nippon make gauge pressure, absolute pressure & DP Transmitters and level transmitter and G & I Make PH transmitter.
Work with HART (Make –Emerson) for calibration of all smart transmitters.
Knowledge of directional valves and hydraulic proportional valves and its control card (rexrorth, pneumatics and CKD make).

I get training for Siemens 8PU switchboards and other Siemens make switchgears for MCC, PCC and PMCC at Siemens (Kalwa unit).

Projects :
Installed INITAKE make servo based brushing machine successfully within given time and does all programming for the same.
Handling all activity of PLC up gradation project. Change S5 plc with GE Fanuc make varsamex plc. Introduce program for auto cycle system and successfully complete it.
Designed LT HT substation automation SCADA project using delta make plc and sealake make energy meters for energy conservation.
Design drive panel using eurotharm drive 22Kw & 11Kw, siemens midi master vector (11Kw & 5Kw)) for conveyor. And prepare control logic in existing plc panel, drawings and parameterization of drive regarding that project and design (SCADA) screens as per process required.
Successfully complete revamping of plant within given time with dry run. Planning of manpower for revamping work and prepare all new drawings and cable scheduling and JB scheduling.

Modification :
Introduce DC bus common system for ac drives for better performance of drives for particulars application.
Developed SCADA(interact) and communicate it with Alstom PLC
Developed current measuring system for extruder heating application using only 3 CT. developed whole program and also developed SCADA screens for the same.
