JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Quality Assurance :-
To maintain Analytical Reports of :-
- Finished Product
- Microbiological Report
- Raw Material
- DM Water
- On line Inspection
- Rejection.
- Giving on line Approval for finished product.
- To ensure the quality of material.
- Execution of process validation.
- Annexure submission as per SOP.
- Sampling & inspection procedure for packing material.
- Maintaining the records of all inspected material.
- Maintaining the master documents for all packing material as well as raw material.
- To ensure proper storage of packing material & labeling of checked material including finished goods.
- To ensure the damaged goods are defined appropriately.

Quality Control :-
- Analysis of Raw Materials, DM Water, Packaging Material, Finished Products (As Per BIS & IP & IN House Specification.).
- Microbiological Testing (As Per BIS & IP.).
- Testing of all packing material and finished products.
- Checking of Damaged & non-returnable material.
- Checking of raw materials.

Production :-
- Batch sheet records.
- Maintaining Bulk consumption record & Raw material consumption record.
- Shade matching.
- Manufacturing the big size batches of Gel, Shampoos, Shilpa liquid Bindi & Kajal.
- Man power handling.
- Maintain the parameters during the manufacturing product.

- Computer Applications and 2D Animation from Silver Soft institute in 2008.
- Calligraphy from L.A.D&SRP College in 2009.
- Packaging for exports conducted by Indian Institute of Packaging in 2009.

TRAINING:
- Underwent 6 weeks training at Lotus Herbals Limited, Noida in quality assurance department of cosmetic and raw material division.
