JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- POLICIES AND PROCEDURES :
Responsible for creating, implementing & Updating the HR systems and Procedures. Implement employee friendly HR policies such as organizing team outing, birth day celebration, sports, reward and recognition programs and other initiatives evolved form time to time.
- RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION :
Managing all aspects of the recruitment process from short-listing to conducting interviews also salary negotiations.
- EMPLOYEE INDUCTION :
Design and conduct employee induction system.
- EMPLOYEE RECORDS :
Maintain accurate employment records at the time of Joining and as per the company’s standards
- HR QUERY HANDLING :
Handling grievances at workplace and Union.
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT :
Designing and implementing Performance Management System. Also support on going performance feed back process by providing regular guidelines and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to the reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues and supporting the performance improvement plan.

Design comprehensive training calendar and to ensure delivery of the planned training programs through external and internal trainers. Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and provide necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
- COMPLIANCE:
Accountable for all compliance with all employees relations requirements, in such areas as offers, termination, discipline, grievance resolution process and all statutory and Labour compliances i.e., all applicable Labour legislations like ESI, PF, Labour, Factories, Apprentices etc.,.
IR RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiating with the Trade Union / representatives of Workman for long term negotiations both bilaterally and before cancellation officer.
- Processing disciplinary actions like Issue of Charge sheet, processing the explanation submitted by employee, appointment of Enquiry officer and monitoring the complete enquiry process and the witnesses.
- Analyzing the findings of the Enquiry officer in all respects and depending upon the gravity of the misconduct proved in the enquiry, final Show-cause notice along with the copy of the findings of the Enquiry officer is sent to the charge-sheeted employee for his final explanation.
- Disciplinary action commensurate with the misconduct committed and proved is awarded. While awarding the punishment, past record is also considered for taking the action of termination i.e. as per the standing orders applicable to the Chare-sheeted employee.
- Monitoring all the legal cases referred / entrusted to the advocates both the civil and Labour cases.
- In certain cases, I myself conduct the cases before the court as an officer of the Management.
- KRA’S:
Ensure that all the policies of the company are effectively communicated and adhered to.
1. Work on and to bring continuous process improvement.
2. Monitor existing HR service standards and re work if necessary.
