Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ASP.NET and C#.NET developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high quality and high-performance Web and Windows applications on the Microsoft technology stack. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing applications. This person will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources to build highly-performing systems that improve clinical outcomes and increase productivity.

Skills Required
- Build systems with .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2008, WCF Web Services, WCF Data Services.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
- Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008/2010, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong knowledge in XML, OpenXML, MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices and security principles.
- Strong experience designing and working with n-tire architectures. Along with some experience with service-oriented architectures.
- Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.

- Experience with Silverlight or WPF is a plus
- Experience in SharePoint is a plus
- Experience with SQL Reporting Service (SSRS) based report development is a plus
- Financial domain know is a plus

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area is preferred.

Experience
4-6 years of proven experience in actual work with the majority of the listed software packages.
