M.Sc. (Applied Geology) with First Class from University of Calcutta in 2010.
Core area of interest is sequence stratigraphy, sedimentolog, remote sensing, petroleum geology, coal geology and field work.
Trained in reputed organization like ONGC.
Proficient knowledge in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Windows XP, learning AutoCAD Software and the Internet Overview.

M.Sc. DISSERTATION :
“The Sequence Stratigraphic Concept-The Bengal Basin Example”, under the guidance of Dr. Sanjib Chakraborti,Chief Geologist of ONGC, Kolkata.
Project Brief :
1. Literature survey on basic understanding of the principles of Sequence Stratigraphy.
2. Analysis of the well data of Bengal Basin including lithocutting data, conventional core data, biostratigraphic data, electrolog data and few seismic sections.
3. Identification and categorizing the sequence boundary on hierarchical order, naming them.
4. Establishing the sequence stratigraphic framework of Bengal Basin.
