Job Description
To manage the soft and non-software aspects of KM like user buy-in, top Management team buy-in, measuring and fine-tuning initiative objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Change Management Team. â Process Specialist

Responsible for conceptualising, evangelisation for solutions for clients through on-going engagement support

Responsible for conceptualising solutions as pre-sales support and also support during the sales cycle (key interventions in the sales cycle); also responsible for reviewing proposals written by Sales Support
Responsible for building a âhigh-profileâ within the domain by
Participating in important seminars / symposiums within that domain
Writing white-papers / articles in key media within the domain
Responsible for building âpeerâ level relations with top client personnel
Share mentoring responsibility with âBusiness Analystsâ.

2. Change Management Team:- Project Manager

Developing project plans with project leaders and ensuring risks are mitigated effectively to ensure delivery is of top quality and in the time promised to the client:

Planning project work and determining critical path items and ensuring these are always on track; supervising work of project leaders.

Estimating resource needs and co-ordinating with other functions (along with BDO)

Supervising a set of project leaders and managing all escalations; interfacing with customers with respect to project delivery

Ensuring customer requirements are adequately factored in all projects on an on-going basis by participating in customer interactions

Responsible for quality of the software.

Responsible for development of people in his/her teams by review, feedback and coaching
