Job Profile :
1. Development of new research.
2. Communicate with Buyer about sampling and production.
3. Give instruction and direction to Sampling co-ordinator and Production Manager about sampling and production.
4. Update the buyer the weekly sampling and production status.
5. Accounts handling of Buying house like : OTTO , VOGUSERVE, LITTLE WOODS, POMODORO, KENZ, OXYGEN KIDS, TCO, KATAG, TOPO.. etc.
Job Responsibilities :--
- Preparing season specific ranges and developing products per buyer requirements.
- Proto sampling & sales sampling.
- Shipment planning, Execution Timely delivery
- Negotiable & follow up with vendor & accessories supplier
- Regularly updating the buyer about production status & seeking approvals for various styles.
- Ensuring product development & objective based sampling as per buyer’s specifications.
- Coordinating with production deptt. & updating them about various approvals received from buyer to ensure timely delivery.
- Developing a detailed time & action plan, & regularly monitoring the same through weekly status.
- Coordinating with quality assurance team to ensure timely & routine inspection at different stages of production.
- Interacting with the buyers and getting production samples approved from the buyers
- Handling all the necessary details to the production dept. and ensure production to be in time
- Monitoring the procurement and production for the timely delivery of the goods
- Ensure the shipment to leave in time

I am specialized to handle production part as well as development part of the garment. For the moment my main responsibility is to full fill regular capacity in 7 production line factory and 17 production line factory.
