    Job Description
    Plays a role in evolving Q&P strategies, advising management team on Q&P matters and also implementing company goals.
    Execute the process incatives such as ISO 9000,CMMIL3-L5 and ensure smooth planning and execution at the organisation Level
    Process Improvement towards taking the organization from L3- L5,Facilitate Process groups towards building process maturity
    Provides leadership to the Quality department, responsible for people management .

    Support the Project Managers in strategically technology planning and project creation in the process areas.
    Coaches and makes sure that a motivating and innovative climate is provided in his/her department to secure best performance of the group.
    Conduct internal audit
    Drive Knowledge Management and Cops
    Member of management team.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Domain Skills
    Software Processes, SDLC, CMMI L3-L5 , Metrics development & Analysis Driving Knowlegde Management and Cops

    Software skills
    Atleast 7-8 years software development experience, understanding of PM, CM, testing tools

    Managerial Skills
    Facilitation and team skills
    Creative Problem solving
    Good Understanding of Project Management
    Leadership to handle team of 5-8
