Job Description
- Capability to lead from front and motivate teams for working in bursts when needed to ensure deliveries on target
- Capability to go into micro details, being with the team to understand problem and lead towards resolution.
- Must have an eye for details, demand excellence in work, documentation.
- Should have managed IT projects of Travel domains Good Communication, Interpersonal and Team handling skills required.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in:
1. Leading a technology team and driving overall technology delivery
2.Designing and architecting e-commerce sites using Dot Net Technologies
3.SQL Server Schema Design and Stored Procedures
4.Fine-tuning IIS settings, SQL Server and application settings for optimal performance
5. Understanding high level business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
6. Re-factoring design and code to comply with new design patterns and enhancement requests
7. SOAP, XML and other messaging systems
8. Leading a core technical team and interfacing with business owners across multiple geographies
9. Test Automation at the unit level and integration level plus load and stress
10. Software best practices QA processes, configuration management, build and release management, designing and coding guidelines etc.
11. Troubleshooting and problem solving
12. Travel domain experience is a must
