Project work in Masters : Immuno-Haematology: Effects of Membrane–modulator (Cytochalasin-B) on the expression of two erythrocyte membrane bound surface antigens CD59 and CD235aand their association with Rhesus genotypes. FACS analysis has been used for this investigation and in this mean time I have gained extensive experience in using flow cytometer and flow cytometric analysis. I work methodically with regards to health and safety regulations and pay close attention to detail in order to achieve accurate results.
