Job Description
Expediting trademarks and copyrights registration.
Maintaining proper Records of Trade marks and Copyrights(Manual and Computerised).
Maintaining regular correspondence with Trademarks and Copyrights Registry.
Filing oppositions/ counter statements for protection of rights.
Attending hearing before the Registrar.
Replying queries/objections raised by the registrar.
Drafting affidavits and other legal documents.
Conducting Survey/ Investigation of infrined products and infringer.
Initiating criminal & civil action against infringers/duplicators of trademarksand copyrights all over India.
Follow up with police official for raid and with Registrar of Trademarks for his opinion on the infringed product.Conducting raid along with Police officers to search and seize the infringement materiial / goods on Duplicators.
Co-ordinating with counsels and assisting them.
Handling Labour and Insurance Matters.


Desired Candidate Profile
The Candidate should be either BGL/ LLB/LLM (IPR)
He/She should have an expereince of 10 yrs and above.
Should be a age of 35 and above.
Should have a good knowledge on trademarks, copyrights and procedural law (Civil and Criminal).
Should be fimiliar with procedures related to working of courts. Attending court matters.
should be computer Savvy especially designing database in Approach for keeping proper track of trademarks proceedings.
Conceptually sound in communication skills and possess a passion to excel in a challenging environment.
