Job Description
1. To prepare arbitration papers / reply to arbitration filed against MOSL
2. To appear and represent the company at IGRC, Arbitration proceedings, Courts, Consumer Forums
3. To review and appropriately reply the investor grievances received from the clients through the Regulators
4. To reply to the legal notices received from the clients, etc.
5. To handle the legal suits (including consumer forum matters) filed by and against MOSL and / or group companies
6. Represent MOSL and / or group companies in 138 matters
7. To file Police complaints and represent MOSL in case of complaints filed against MOSL, its group companies, their directors or employees.
8. To co-ordinate with Legal Counsels and Advisors at Head office and across Branches
9. Co-ordination with various Branches and franchisees for the various matters pertaining to respective Branches / Franchisees.
10. Making and maintaining database and MIS of the matters.
11. Co-ordination with operations, RMS, DP, Commodities, PMS and other departments for collection of data for the legal matters
12. To reply to Legal queries pertaining to allied laws.
