** Identification, Selection and Execution of Continuous Improvement Projects using Six Sigma DMAIC approach across all projects in the Division. Training, Coaching and Mentoring Green Belts and Yellow Belt candidates. Report performance of six sigma projects to Six Sigma Champion, MBB & Stakeholders.
** Act as a change agent to bring in Six Sigma culture throughout the division across all the projects
** Identify opportunities for improvement projects in liaison with project sponsors and green belts
** Estimate financial savings from six sigma projects and validate actual savings with finance representative
** Conduct toll gate reviews for each phase of DMAIC to ensure right application of six sigma methodology
** Report the progress of Six Sigma GB projects to Champion, MBB and other stakeholders
** Establish, implement and maintain six sigma tools, templates and guidelines for effective project execution
** Coach, Guide and Mentor Green Belts/ Yellow Belts /facilitators to ensure timely completion of projects
** Design, Develop and Deliver Six Sigma Green belt/Yellow belt training programs
** Implement Problem Solving using Root Cause Analysis & Data Based Decision Making using appropriate statistical tools
