Currently working as a Senior Process analyst handling ETE (End to End) supply chain operations in the Procurement department for Aircraft engine manufacturers. Also supporting after market sales operations for one of the biggest clients dealing with Aircraft engine manufacturers
- Handled 10 supplier accounts, Two of them pertaining to Poland and Austria regions and 8 from US.
- Have been a shortage coordinator for the Value stream monitoring the OTD status of the suppliers
- Day to day portfolio management tasks include- purchasing of materials (aircraft parts) on time.
- Review week’s delivery status, promise date slips and dates in the past. Action promise dating and prepare various shortage reports.
- Collating the shortage reports and Hot sheet updation for spare parts and escalate as per process.
- Working with spare parts plant and reviewing the shortage of parts and clearing engines.
- Review exception messages and analyze Pull ins and Push outs for the quarter
- Review sub contracting material and detail shortages for new status or availability
- Allocating raw materials and details for the sub contracting finished parts
- Reconciling the material at hand with the vendor (MIHV) on a weekly basis and analyze excess material in all the plants on a monthly basis.
- Run the purchase requisition report on a weekly basis and create Purchase orders and orders for RTV units (Return to Vendor) for the vendors every week to procure materials.
- Create transfer orders for interplant transfers and ensure the parts transit and reach the dock on time
- Review SMT issues SSON with Quality specialists at the engineering.
- Reviewing supplier performance with the Account specialists and Value stream Managers at the weekly KPI call.
- Also attend the KPI calls with the suppliers and review their WIP reports to understand the different stages at which the materials are at manufacturing
- To complete the TPM tasks as per TPM calendar and review CAP conversions for consignments parts on a timely basis.

After market sales support includes :
- Working with Sales orders and quotation creation :
- To Make RFQ (Quotations) for the orders sent by the clients on time. Make sure that the quotes completed
are on the basis of priorities-A, B and C and replying to the queries based on these to the client on time
- To make Sales orders for the Purchase orders sent. To see that they are completed on time and on the basis of
Priority-A, B and C and to see that the queries on the sales orders are answered on time.
- To update the trackers for both Sales orders and RFQs and to maintain them on a monthly basis
- To escalate issues to the team lead and take client calls.
- Also have cross trained in Purchasing and Sales report, including Add bills, core notices, open cores, Owed cores and REC location, running these reports on a weekly basis.
- Have cross trained in Purchasing and disposition, working with disposition quotes and supported the team for Back order creations understanding the complete transactions involved in the after market sales for the project.
Junior Process associate-Credit collections (UK) - (2006June -2007 June)
Worked for two years in Credit control (Business to Business Collections) for a UK based project dealing with Fire alarms and security systems.
- Was responsible for monitoring the Credits of the customers to maximize cash collections and customer care while minimizing bad debts.
Responsible for analyzing & producing PTP reports on a day to day basis and ensuring all customer queries are resolved promptly. And liaising with AR on credit allocations.
- Organize and prioritize duties to achieve monthly cash collection targets and minimize outstanding account queries. Making outbound collection and cash allocation calls. Taking inbound calls and resolving the issues for the customers. An average of 130 calls.
- Assist Senior Business Analyst and the team lead with the days to day reports in PTP, cash collection reports and to liaise with the Accounts receivables dept with the latter
- Set the cash collection target at the beginning of the month based on existing criteria and develop the cash collection strategy
- Review Aged Debtors weekly and ensure queries are being dealt with and agreed actions are taken. Meeting SLAs to reduce the aging in the portfolio
- Diarize the accounts on a daily basis and ensure that all the accounts are in the right work flow. Sending letters and correspondences to the customers to intimate the outstanding dues and Actioning of mails and correspondences from the branch (client) and customers
- To resolve customer queries, raise potential terminations, analyze the accounts to be issued credit holds and to Legal on a weekly basis and preparing Legal documents and complaints for service issues after consulting with the client and the insight legal department based in UK
- Escalate the issues in the high and low value accounts in the given portfolio and see that the risk accounts and the accounts posed as DNC by the branch is removed from the Target to make it achievable.
