Project 1 (UG) : Hand Tracking & Gesture Recognition.
Description :
The system was developed to recognize the hand gesture shown in front of the webcam using image processing techniques in MATLAB environment. The different image processing operations are carried out on a real image so as to make it easier for the analysis and using different algorithms the hand gesture is recognized efficiently using Hidden Markow Model (HMM ). The system can have many applications like Human-Machine interface, gaming control, speech-hearing impaired communication etc.
Project 2 (PG) : A QoS based Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocol for Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANETs) using Neuro-Fuzzy Technique.
Description :
In this project, we are developing a Quality of service (QoS) module in DSR protocol to improve the Quality of service in Multimedia communication using Neuro-Fuzzy technique. It is the application of 4G technology. Here, we are considering two QoS parameters Bandwidth and Delay. Using fuzzy logic we are approximating QoS output at each node. If QoS is satisfied at all nodes of each path among multipath routes from source to destination then source uses the QoS satisfied path for multimedia communication. Hence we improve the Quality of Service in Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANETs).

We know that Our E-mails are not encrypted during sending so any hacker can easily understand the data. All the company details, confidential data, defense reports are to be shared by those colleagues, here there is possibility of data hacking by internet experts of other country.To solve this we can use steganography to hide the data. Steganography is the art of hiding information within other information in such a way that it is hard or even impossible to tell that it is there. It explains how the Least Significant Bit (LSB) concept works. It also describes algorithms implemented by diit to embed messages into 24-bit image files.
