Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for finalization of Balance sheet, co-ordinating with the auditors, handling taxation, reviewing P/L account.
Good Command over the ERP preferably ERP (Navision).
Establishing the yearly & perspective business plan & budgets.
Budget review and take appropriate corrective action.
Developing investment policies.
Monitoring corporate risk.
Ensure compliance with all state / Domestic tax laws.
Create and maintain a accounting system which provide accurate, timely and consistent input for management reporting.
Compliance under the Company's act.
Corporate communication w.r.t finance also Periodical correspondence with Banks & other Financial Institutions.
Ensure that the relevant statutes are complied in spirit.
Operational review of performance.
Determination of product / process / activity cost and suggesting most profitable mix.
Optimizing the resources utilization.
Ensure smooth working environment and improving the morale of the employees.


Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be Qualified CA/ICWA with post qualification experience of 12+ Yrs.

Preferaby one should have the experience in construction company.

Candidate should be computer savvy with command over the accounting package of ERP (Navision)
