* Handling of client queries with respect to Quality control and Quality Assurance of the construction activities at site.
* Laying down work procedures to ensure that quality of construction is maintained at all times.
* Research and development work for improvement in quality of material and construction.
* Continuous monitoring of all activities and pinpointing for variances (i.e. desired level and actual achieved).
* Preparation of Quality Manual and implementation of the same.
* Creating a sense of awareness in all Project Management teams as regards the importance of quality & delivery.
* Quality checking of RMC plant and lab testing.
* Quality checking of Design mix properly from time to time.
* Testing of ingredients of concrete, testing of bricks and other routine tests for building construction work.
