ekgaon in partnership with Community Enterprise Forum International (CEFI) has formed a consortium viz. Community Enterprise Consortium (CEC) for enabling support for rural enterprises and helping build economies of scale by efficiently using information technology and building management system centered around primary producer communities. CEC has taken up development of capacities and enabling supply chains and producers owned enterprises in identified areas such as medicinal, aromatic and dye plants, microfinance, ICT enabled services, fisheries, community based tourism and energy. Internship Duration : Three Months

Location
Internship positions available in New Delhi & Madurai. Selected interns may need to travel to rural areas in India & South Asia.

Requirements
Fresh Post graduates and exceptional graduates with good software skills in PHP/MySql particularly in open source and Linux OS environment can apply for EIP. Ideal candidate should be hardworking a team player, “out of box ” thinker, having a keen eye to details & a never say die attitude, should be confident and courageous to take responsibilities of her/his action. Should have understanding of market research, data collection, analysis and knowledge management.
