An experience to coordinate with international clients will be an added advantage.

Job Specification :
We at Allysys are looking for dynamic business development managers, the profile is further described hereunder;
- Plan and execute strategy to achieve sales target & Marketing initiatives
** Develop new enterprise accounts in the targeted sector/ market
** Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities
** Engage and manage clients at all levels
** Negotiate pricing with customers
** Work with the delivery team to ensure that project risks are minimized and project goals are met
** Responsible for generating business opportunities by continuously engaging with the customers and understanding their business needs and requirements.
** Interface with the internal presales teams post identifying and qualifying the opportunity
** Drive the customer engagement along with the presales teams in order to close deals
** Increase engagement across our Lines Of Businesses with Customers

Eligibility Criteria :
** Master Degree in IT related discipline or in Sales & Marketing
** Dynamic personality with passion for sales
** Highly energetic and enthusiastic
** Should have played leadership role
** At least 2+ years of extensive experience in IT Services such as Web, SEO, elearning, animations.
** Excellent verbal & written communication and inter-relationship skills
** Good presentation skill
** Self-motivated and result-oriented
