Student internships

Each year, TRDDC hosts some of the best graduate/post-graduate/doctoral students from academic institutions in India and abroad as research interns. These internships provide students with the opportunity to work in an industrial R&D environment, get access to industry-scale problems and data, and interact with researchers at TRDDC. These internships are generally for the duration of a few months, and result in research publications and development of a tool. Summer internship 2011

We have completed the selection of students for Summer 2011 internships. The selection for Summer 2012 internships will start from Dec. 2010. Interested students should send their cover-letter and resume at trddc@tcs.com.

Year-long internships

We also offer year-long internships to M.Tech and Ph.D. students. The objective of this internship is to work in-depth on a specific research problem. This work typically leads to a potential research publication or development of a tool.

We offer internships in the following areas:

* Analysis of algorithms
* Machine learning
* Management of enterprise systems
* Network coding
* System modelling
* Software evolution
* Embedded systems software

Internship will be offered only to the Masters and Ph.D. students. After application, students would have to go through one or two telephone interviews before selection.
