The Summer Internship Programme aims to widen the student's perspective by providing an exposure to real life organizational and environmental situations. Our Summer Interns are chosen with great care and nurtured through an induction process which gives them an insight into Berger's people, processes and product. Completing an internship in Berger will give you an idea of what it's like to work in a team, to have responsibilities, to have deadlines to meet and to be part of a reputed company. It’s also an excellent opportunity to get an inside view into our organization and the people who work here.

Berger Paints offer summer internship for a maximum of three months to management students from selected campuses across the country. Berger offers an excellent training opportunity to promising students through its summer internship programme. An expert’s team carefully selects the summer interns based on their aptitude, academic record and their mentioned topic in which they intend to undertake the project work and each summer intern is given a challenging live project to work on during the period of their internship. What follows is an exciting journey of translating concepts into practice and seeing them to fruition! Typically, summer interns are expected to make a presentation on their learning and the recommendations on the project to a project guide, a representative from HR and a member of the senior management. Interns are paid a fixed stipend per month for the period of their internship.
