Designation Assistant Manager- Finance and Accounts

Job Description
â Complete responsibility of direct & indirect taxation.
â Responsible for corporate tax planning, tax compliance, preparation of Returns, compliance with TDS, Service Tax, and any other regime of tax.
â Carry out tax audit requirement.
â Appear before Income Tax authorities, service tax authorities and other regulated bodies.
â Filing of appeals and appearing for appeals in consultation with tax experts.
â Formulating and delivering innovative tax planning and tax savings strategies.
â Supervising the work of subordinate employees and ensuring proper accounting of all accounting transactions.
â Developing and exercising necessary internal procedures and controls for the functioning of the department.
â Scrutinizing the ledger accounts at regular intervals.
â Assisting the seniors in the finalization of accounts of various entities including preparation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Account and related information.
â Liaison with statutory auditors and other external agencies.
â Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in the payment of statutory dues like Provident Fund, ESIC, and Tax deducted at source.
â Ensuring proper accounting of all the transactions.
â Ensuring proper maintenance of Fixed Assets records.
â Developing an effective Management Information System for collating information and generation of various reports for senior management information and decision making.
â Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for internal management.
â Prepare all quarterly and annual financial statements required for listed company and Annual report filings.
â Provide compliance reporting under company bank agreements or other debt instruments and subsidiary financial statements when required.
â Assist management in analyzing accounting treatment.
â Assist management in evaluating impact of new accounting pronouncements and related effects on corporate.
