I seek help on Patent applications in India and in USA from Shri Bindu Sharma or any other expert in this field,
Recently I read an article on the patent explains clause 39 from Shri Bindu Sharma from Silicon India of USA.
I need help on the following points, so please send me his email address or phone no. or request some expert in this matter to guide me.
I have applied for provisional patent in India on Adhesive Tape Dispenser on 8 th Nov 2011 having patent no. 3144 Mumbai 2011.
Now I want to apply in USA also.
I am an American Citizen as well as I have dual citizenship in India and I am in India since 2008.I have applied as Indian citizen.
MY question is,
1. Whether I can apply in USA as a USA citizen or not for the same patent.
2.I have requested for priority date to Patent office in India, what document I have to produce for claiming priority date for USA application, will the receipt from Patent office is enough.
3.Now can I apply for provisional patent in USA or not.
4.I want to apply in USA on my own without any Attorney, is it allowed
