Strategically, plan, analyze & conceptualize the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the unit with cost efficiency, time management & manpower planning for the execution. Oversee Business Outsourcing Planning, Exploring new markets for business expansion.
Develop validation protocols, validation of products & production scale technologies. Oversee production related tasks including planning, control, maintenance & trouble shooting. Set up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.
Provide shop-floor operational support for product transfer, ranging from development to manufacturing products & process optimization and key studies.
