- Past I worked in Virchow Biotech Private Limited, Hyderabad, As a Research Associate in Fermentation Department for 3 years.

Experience in Fermentation processing :
- Process development and Optimization of LeuDH,FDH and Chiral intermediates for API by Biocatalysis route :
- Recombinant protein ex-pression and optimization in E.coli and Yeast. Optimization of gene ex-pression in different media and Medium selection for High Cell Density and process condition optimization for Enzyme activity.
- Screening of different wild microorganisms for biocatalysis in shake flask level
- Optimization of S-tert-leucine Biotransformation by LeuDH and FDH clones (whole cell, cell lysate and commercial enzymes) in shake flask.
- Optimization of process parameters for Biosynthesis of S-tert-leucine in 5L and 10 L fermenter.

Downstream Processing :
