    Sales REGIONAL SALES OFFICER-
    JOB PROFILE :
    Make regular calls.
    Sell the product line; demonstrate.
    Handle questions and objections.
    Check stock; discover possible product uses.

    Qualification

    Service :
    Install the product or display.
    Report product weaknesses, complaints.
    Handle adjustments, returns, and allowances.
    Handle requests for credit.
    Handle special orders-TENDERS,INSTITUIONS
    Establish priorities, if any.
    Analyze local conditions for customers.
    Initiative,


    Territory Management :
    Arrange route for best coverage.
    Balance effort with customer against the potential volume.
    Maintain sales portfolios, samples kits, and so forth.
    Flair for traveling,
    Physical fitness.
    Territory knowledge

    Sales Promotion :
    Develop new prospects and accounts.
    Distribute home office literature, catalogue, and the like.
    Make calls with customer’s salespeople.
    Train personnel of wholesales, jobbers, and so on.
    Present survey reports, layouts, and proposals.

    Communication in English, Hindi, and local language.

    Executive : Each night make a daily work plan for the next day.
    Organize field activity for minimum travel and maximum calls.
    Prepare and submit special reports on trends, competition.
    Prepare and submit statistical data requested by home office.
    Investigate lost, sales and reason for loss.
    Prepare reports on developments, trends, new objectives met, and new ideas on meeting objections.
    Attend sales meetings.
    Build a prospect list.
    Collect overdue accounts; reports on faulty accounts.
    Collect credit information.
    Analytical ability,
    Setting priorities,
    Preparation of reports,

    Goodwill : Counsel customers on their problems.
