At MSIL, we believe that you are our future and we prepare you for a career with us. We offer summer internships to students from the IIT's and other select premier management institutes every year. The selection is done by a recruitment team who visits these campuses and select interns.

Students are given projects that not only give them an opportunity to learn but also to contribute. We offer challenging cross functional operational projects that will expose you to all the verticals of the company. After the project, the assessment is done by the project guide and all the trainees are expected to give a presentation to the senior panel where they will be selected for Pre Placement Offers (PPOs).
