The incumbent will have overall responsibility of all plants for the operations, production, plant/process Engg, quality, customer care, local procurement, commercial and administrative performance. BE Mech with more than 25 years experience and currently holding GM/VP position of a large company or multiple plants of manufacturing heavy duty forgings, seamless steel tubes or auto machined & press parts/heat-treated /painted components.

General Manager (004/HR/08/G): Gandhidham
The incumbent will have responsibility of plants’ Production, Maintenance, Stores, Despatch, and exposure to commercial, personnel and administrative activities. BE Mech with minimum 20 years experience and currently holding a Senior/Plant-Head position in a mid size mass-production manufacturing units of heavy duty forgings, seamless tubes or auto-machined/ press-parts/heat-treated/painted components.

General Manager - Engineering & Development (005/HR/08/G): Gandhidham
BE – Mechanical with post graduate qualification with 20 years experience in design and development of engineering products. Experience in FEA, filament-wound composites pressure vessels will be an advantage.

Manager-Stores ( 008/HR/08/G) : Gandhidham
B Com having at least 20 years experience of managing stores of engineering consumables, machine spare parts, monitoring controls on consumption and inventory levels, handling commercial, logistics, and excise matters in SAP oriented engineering industries.

Senior Manager-Production:(007/HR/08/K) : Kandla
The incumbent will have responsibility of Production, Maintenance activities . BE Mech with more than 15 years experience and currently working in similar manufacturing units.

Manager/Engineer- Plant Engg – 4 Positions each
(mechanical/electrical/electronics) (GDM/KASEZ)
Degree/diploma with 3 to 15 years experience in respective fields; experience in maintenance of Hydraulics/Pneumatic-controlled CNC/PLC based production equipments, furnaces, high pressure compressors/boilers, EOT cranes/fork lifts and HT power distribution in Seamless steel Tube, Hot Forging industries.

Managers/Engineers- Quality Assurance - 6 Positions (GDM/KASEZ)
Degree/diploma in Mech Engg with 10/20 years experience of quality control in engineering industries, dealing with inspection agencies, exposure to NDT, QA systems in Seamless Tube/forging/Auto Component manufacturing.

TARAPUR Senior Manager- Production (006/HR/08/T) : Tarapur
The incumbent will have responsibility of Production, Maintenance activities. BE Mech with more than 15 years experience and currently working in similar manufacturing units.

POSITIONS AT CORPORATE OFFICE , MUMBAI
VP-Quality Assurance (002/HR/08/M) Mumbai
Degree in Mech Engg having minimum 25 years experience in QA practices, establishing variety of QMS certification, training and creating customer focus , building quality base in manufacturing plants of engineering products and build brand image.

GM-Operations (003/HR/08/M): Mumbai
The incumbent will have responsibility to plan and co-ordinate all plants for production to meet marketing requirements, organise central procurement of all the input materials, monitor techno-commercial, administrative and performance management controls. BE Mech with more than 25 years experience in a large company or group of multiple plants manufacturing heavy duty forgings, seamless steel tubes or auto-machined & press parts/heat-treated /painted components .

Compensation will be on par with the best in the Industry providing furnished family accommodation at plant-locations only and perquisites commensurate to positions.
