Roles and responsibilities :
Contribute to all aspects of documentation for Kony products, including wiki help content, flow and architectural diagrams, and instructional video.

Contribute to multiple high-profile documentation projects at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven development environment, while maintaining a critical eye to detail and quality.

Work with the Product Development group (program managers and developers) to understand all products thoroughly, including features, functionality, and bug fixes. This requires communicating with team members directly face-to-face as well as with remote employees via video conferencing.

Be resourceful in finding answers to questions using tools available and seeking answers from the right people in the organization.

Participate in special projects and lead initiatives in addition to core writing responsibilities as required. Translate complex concepts into user-friendly, clear, and concise information for the end user.
