Job Specification :
Infrastructure Administration
Handle and maintain the entire external and internal infrastructure for the organization.
Oversee repair works satisfactorily to ensure longevity of the structure
CAPEX management
Support Staff Administration
Handle housekeeping staff and allied services
Handle security of the organization
Travel and transport
Manage domestic & international travel for employees and delegates
Responsible for booking of hotels and cabs while travelling
Forex arrangement, Medical Insurances, VISA processing (for international travel)
Office Administration
AMC of all office equipments
Purchase and maintenance of all stationary items
Payment to vendors and developing new supplies for office stationary and other consumables.
Printing of visiting cards and other office stationery items
Maintain regular contact with utility providers like Airtel, Building owner, BMC etc. for smooth functioning of the office.
Coordinating with the telecom companies for voice and data connections.
Maintaining leaves data and keeping a check on the in and out time of employees
Security Management
Arrange for safe and secure working conditions for the office staff.
Ensure that office supplies enter and leave the office with proper documentation.
Vendor Development :
Source new, reliable vendors to meet the ever-increasing needs of office consumables, transporters etc. at the most cost-effective price
Food & Voucher Arrangements
Coordinate with the food vendor for lunch (Bangalore office)
Ensuring Soxedo Voucher reach branch offices on time.
