- Planning and Execute the Fabrication & erection works.
- Prepare the Fabrication & erection documents.
- Prepare the Hydro test loops & Test package clearance records.
- Prepare the micro planning & Monitoring the progress
- Prepare the monthly Target for my staffs and contractors.
- Handle the Sub-contractors.
- Maintain the Sub-contractors billing measurements & verifying.
- Communicate the all staffs AT clients.
- Maintained quality rules and regulations.
- To maintain the Safety norms as per standards and site conditions.
Personnel Management :
- Hand on experience of manpower handling and employee development activities.
- Allocating work/resources to the supporting hands as per project deadlines and motivating them to achieve targets.

Presently working as a Sr. Engineer in Piping Dept. With the M/s. HINDUSTAN DOOR OLIVER LIMITED, from June-2008 to till date.
