** Work with the LD team to produce plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery measurement and follow up as necessary
** Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance (Client and Internal requirements)
** Monitor and give feedback on process specific concerns to agents on the Production Floor
** Participate in team huddles and give process updates in alignment with soft skill
** Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available
** Indulge in calibration process with Operations
** Design and execution of employee motivation campaigns and contribute ideas to enhance cost-to serve objectives
** Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others
** Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training

Job Specification :
**Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies
** Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
** Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
** Conduct/assist in New Hire training where necessary
** Work with various audiences/clients/business to perform gap analysis and identify general or specific training needs to develop the necessary content for training delivery
** Develop, design and execute business required cost effective solution
** Conduct skill, technical, management and staff development training courses within business units or groups
** Deploy TTTs as required by the organization
** Measure and maintain performance report; evaluate training methodology and training effectiveness
** Manage regular assessments of training needs and develop a program to meet identified needs
** Maintain relationship partnering with Operations Managers, HR Managers and team members by discussing and keeping them aware of training needs and opportunities
** Interact with training vendors and report feedback for the training delivered by them

Such above cotton cultivation activities includes – Bringing more cotton area under cotton cultivation with required type of cotton variety required for the mills , arranging trail plot & programmes for pre-release commercial / establishment and reporting to the Chief Executive Cotton Officer,. DR P V MARAPPAN - MUC5 Cotton variety - BREEDER from TAMILNADU AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY , COIMBATORE , INDIA.
Organizing Seed farms for cotton seed production with Contract Farmers , imparting cotton seed production skill to farm workers for breeding / and / hybridization process works , seed cotton collection , cleaning , storage , ginning seed processing and final procurement, apart from entertaining the Govt.seed certification agencies and Agro input agencies.
These activities also includes regular system of IPM training for the farming communities and field staffs for higher and better cotton Crop yield through improved with Agro Tech on cotton Cultivation through Mass media and other Ag. Extension methods and service .

Target achieved The cotton project area in SIMA CD&RA was north Tamilnadu,INDIA with an average cotton cultivation in 1.25 lakhs acres and the Annual seed farm area was over 500 acres per year.
The cotton seed sales achievements in SIMA CD&RA was over 150 mt per year in the north Tamilnadu.
The average contract seed farm acres in cotton Hybrid seed production was in over 360 acres per year.

Alongwith the above since 2001 turnkey agro and irrigation projects assistance support to corporate agencies both in India and South Sudan.
