Candidate Requirement :
Someone with a bachelor’s degree in the filed of human sciences like Psychology, Sociology or Science would be preferred. Person with experience in teaching/ handling children between the ages of 5 and 15 yrs would have an advantage.

Any graduate or post graduate who thinks s/he has the flair to be a good trainer, with a patient, caring and yet serious result-oriented drive, but with no previous work experience – may just fit the bill! Commitment and result-oriented disposition would serve as an asset.

Job Specification :
Candidates will be giving training on a new method to enhance the learning skills of a child. This is a specialised form of training that helps children to automatically start using their right brain and thus improves their overall learning skills and grasping ability. This is a tried and tested scientific form of education for the past 5 years and has been a huge success in places like Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, parts of Australia and Hong Kong. Based on the candidate’s ability to understand and imbibe the training, s/he would be asked to first assist in the class as an assistant trainer and then graduate into a trainer who would train children in this unique technique. The trainer initially would be under the guidance and supervision of experienced trainers from abroad. Based on the performance of the candidate, s/he would be then allowed to teach and train children independently. This entire process of becoming a trainer who could independently take up the training of a class would take a period of 2 to 6 months. Such trainers and assistance trainers would be part of the pioneering team for this technology across the country.

Location is initially the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and then would be expected to travel to other cities to train students. Interested Candidates based in Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai could also apply. Person who can travel to other cities across the country would be preferred.
