The Live Projects is a pioneering educational initiative introduced by the VAAST India. Students work in groups on Live Projects with a range of live project environment scenario. It provides best practice guidelines and architectural recommendations for real-world application scenarios to enable developers to build portable, scalable, and robust applications using the J2EE technologies.
• Create projects:In the first stage, the scope of the project is defined along with the approach to be taken to deliver the desired outputs. The project manager is appointed and in turn, he selects the team members based on their skills and experience.
• Planning and execution of projects:The second phase should include a detailed identification and assignment of each task until the end of the project. The most important issue in this phase is to ensure project activities are properly executed and controlled.
• Closure of projects: The project manager ensures that the project is brought to its proper completion. The closure phase is characterized by a written formal project review report.
