Job Description :
Should have Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years of experience. Out of which 3 – 4 years experience as a Contracts Manager in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical/ Construction/ Maintenance Project. Should have minimum previous experience in planning Estimation and Project control as well. (Gulf experience would be an added advantage.)

Applicable and common above position.
Contract Period : Indefinite.
Working Hours : 8 Hours per day and 6 days in a week.
Holidays : As per Qatar Labour law.

Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities
Submitting all approved QA/QC and Welding Book prior to starting the work.
Attending Kick-Off meeting with clients, customer and owner to discuss the inspection
activities step by step.
Reviewing all shop drawings as per project specification prior to fabrication.
Plan and organize the QA/QC monitoring program in accordance with the project
scope of work and technical specification.
Attending Pre-inspection and project inspection meeting with clients for confirmation
of project QA/QC requirements and responsible for maintaining proper records to
demonstrate that all the project requirements are met.
Responsible for Quality Engineering functions of the company to ensure compliance
to the company’s quality control manual and all customer and statutory requirements.
Preparing and compiling QITP, WPS, PQR, WPQT, QA/QC/ISO Procedures, and
Method of Statement, Organization chart, and submitting to client for approval as per
project specification.
