“Decolorization of azo-dyes by Laccase producing fungi.”
The project involved the dyes which excreted from different companies like Textiles, paint and etc. on which this enzyme used and decolorized it, this enzyme isolated from different unknown fungi. The techniques included Fungi collection, growth and collection of enzyme by using Cooling Centrifuge.
The project was carried at K.T.H.M.College, Nasik, (University of Pune). India, under the guidance of Dr. A. D. Bholay, Lecturer at K.T.H.M.College, Nasik.

“A Comparative Study of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 with Autosomal Mendelian Traits of Indian Sub-Continental Population of Human Beings taking Environmental Factors into context”
In this project have attempted some of the population & statistical approaches to relate the disease with some very common and omnipresent physical characteristics of human population of Indian Sub-Continent. Here, we have taken Diabetes Mellitus Type II as a trait and not the disease.
