    Planning & Monitoring :
    image Plan and monitor execution of processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies in the region.
    image Establish systems and processes to track key performance metrics to aid in decision making.
    image Track competitive activity and market trends and report to findings to the HO on a regular basis.
    image Plan and monitor implementation of new products and value added services in the region.

    People Management
    image Ensure all branches in the region are adequately staffed through timely recruitment and induction training of KMs and BMs including joining formalities and documentation
    image Manage transfers/deputations within the region based on organisation policy and staffing needs.
    image Anchor performance management process, promotions and development trainings of staff.
    image Anchor ER initiatives for regional staff as per organisation policy.
    image Monitor leave management and payroll process to support Head office HR Ops.
    image Review and approve staff loans and advances.
    image Champion RNR policy to ensure employee motivation.
    image Ensure compliance to labour compliance within the region.

    Training
    image Manage training infrastructure in the region.
    image Monitor training in against training plan.
    image Anchor capacity building and refresher training for regional staff.

    Administration
    image Manage branch and RO infrastructure within the region.
    image Manage end to end of branch opening including necessary registrations, agreements, bank account opening and asset register maintenance.

    IT – End User Support
    image Ensure necessary training is provided to regional staff on IT applications.
    image Oversee IT infrastructure procurements within the region.
    image Oversee IT support provided to branches.

    Job Specification :
    Authority :
    Responsible for all Ops activities within the region as laid down by the Operations Manual.

    People :
    image Responsible for a team of 10 direct reports; handling an employee base of 500 .
    image Performance reviews and rating decisions for all employees in the region.
    image Can hire and select employees up to and including BM level for the region.

    Budgets :
    image Approve all Staff/Vehicle loans within policy limits for regional staff.
    image Approve travel expenses of all staff up to BM level if within budget and authorize those for AM for approval from HO.

    Infrastructure :
    image Approve budgeted capital expenses up to 50K.
    image Authorise unbudgeted expenses for the region for approval from HO.
