Designation RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - BARAUNI

Job Description Key Activities & Responsibilities:
(1) To guide and lead a team of engineers/ subcontractors to achieve desired progress and to take adequate corrective actions to ensure completion of project as per targeted schedule.
(2) Tendering and award of works.
(3) Day to day site administration.
(4) Compliance of various site HSE standards/ regulations & security requirements.
(5) Preparation of ISO procedures.
(6) Compliance of OISD regulations.
(7) Planning/ Review/ monitor construction progress.
(8) Ensure QA/QC requirements.
(9) Coordination with various Contractors and perform Contracts management/ administration.
(10) Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
(11) Initiate changes in drawings/ work orders/ change orders etc, if required in consultation with Home office.
(12) Follow up status of the work and compare planned and actual figures.
(13) Ensure Release of work completed to successor disciplines.
(14) Monitor/ mobilise contractor's staff/ labour work force.
(15) Compile and follow up liquidation of punch list.
(21) Material reconciliation, billings, negotiations with client/ contractors.

Desired Profile
The candidate should have had 25 - 30 Yrs of experience as site construction incharge for large / medium industries like Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, etc. Experience in planning/ mgmt/ construction of various Civil/ Structural works, Mechanical works, Piping activities, Heavy Equipments, Electrical/ Instrumentation works, etc.
Experience in shutdown works in Refineries and on the job inspection of piping, welding, painting, insulation, etc.
He should have experience in handling Microsoft office and project planning/ monitoring tools.
He should be capable of handling up to 50 100 Engineers
Should have very good interpersonal and communication skills and work effectively with diverse business units.
