** Mapping business requirements, understanding business process, study and analyse workflow to design solutions and preparing functional specifications
** Elicit functional requirements and prepare Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) / System Requirement Specification (SRS) ensuring that system is delivered with a high degree of accuracy and quality to meet the client specifications
** Collaborating with Project leads and development team to develop customer’s solutions
** Collaborating with Project Manager on project issues, concerns, deliverables, acceptance criteria and project estimates
** Working on functional test plan creation and supporting documentation
** Providing Functional guidance to the development team and resolving to the queries
** Analyse end user needs and determines if the need can be met with existing products, need for customization or if there is a need for custom programming
** Provide day-to-day support to the customer during the implementation along with orchestrating system reviews and gather feedback from the customer on changes requested
** Execute the plan for acceptance with the customer, document all exceptions, and coordinate a resolution plan with the development team
** Perform as a liaison between departments and upper management
