** The candidate must possess advanced spreadsheet and analysis skills, as well as demonstrated experience with numerical analysis, data transformation, data gathering and ability to create useful algorithms from disparate price and cost data.
** Experience in creating complex spreadsheet based analytical models for use by multiple delivery groups, with emphasis on presentation and automation of such models.
** The candidate must be familiar with ITO solutions, including contractual documents, service level agreements and financials associated with these types of transactions.
** Requires 5 years industry experience preferred.
** Excellent verbal and written communications.
** Ability to multi task and manage deliverables under tight deadlines.

Job Specification :
The Senior Benchmark Analyst will be responsible for the development of an indicative pricing tool that will provide a pricing range for each of Unisys service offerings based on deal characteristic drivers such as volume (Resource Baselines), SLAs, regional ‘footprint’ etc. He / She will be responsible for the management of day-to-day activities of the team, leading project management, strategies to ensure project progress, customer satisfaction and staff productivity.

** Engage teams in the US to gather and build a database of recent Unisys contracts
** Apply innovative business analysis to support creation of benchmarking comparisons
** Performs cost & price analysis and develop strong quantitative and analytical documents
