** Experience analyzing data and recommending actions with a track record of successfully managing projects

** Knowledge of Sales force CRM tool
** Experience training teams in data analysis and root cause analysis techniques
** Experience working with Survey Monkey or similar survey tool in order to conduct a customer satisfaction survey

Job Specification :
The successful candidate will be responsible for working as a liaison between the business units and the BWC Quality Management Team to support and maintain the collection of key business metrics, key business reports, and raising the awareness of TL 9000 in the Wesley Clover office in India. An important initiative for 2011 will be to support the creation of metrics and reports to support the TL 9000 initiative. This role will :
** Help users create and automate weekly and monthly reports.
** Investigate, evaluate, introduce and/or customizes business applications based on business requirements.
** Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
** Implement solutions through designing, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining and support client initiatives and end-user training.
** Increase the visibility of TL 9000 to the Wesley Clover team working on BWC projects by :
1. Performing regular internal audits
2. Holding regular management review meetings
3. Reviewing key management metrics with the BWC and Wesley Clover management teams
4. Helping to manage the TL 9000 and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) action registers
5. Helping to manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tool
