Title : “DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF POWER GENERATION UNIT BY TREADMILL ”
Duration : 6months
Tools : Dynamo, Inverter,Battery,Sprocket and Chain,Belt,Roller,Bearing .
Description : The treadmill has a base of mild steel angular on which the wooden board is fitted.Two steel rollers are fitted both in front and rear end of the base and two ends are supported by bearings.A belt is passed though these rollers and slides over the base.Two one end of the front shaft, a sprocket is mounted. From the front shaft power is transmitted to the dynamo shaft by means of chain drive.During rotation of generator shaft elecric power generates and produced power stored in the battery and used for required purpose by means of inverter.
Technical Seminar : A seminar on “Liquid nitrogen as non polluting fuel” during BE course.
