    ** Develop, revise / update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses
    ** Meet with Head of Department and staff to identify training needs
    ** Prepare and execute induction & Orientation training.
    ** Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
    ** Plan for and allocate financial resources for training plans for the unit
    ** Interact with the departmental / unit functional heads on a daily basis in areas of people development, providing appropriate support to operational departments
    ** Monitor and conduct training reviews with each department, and review the same with unit Management.
    ** Review training effectiveness in the unit, and review the same with unit Management.
    ** Prepare Annual training plans and calendars for the unit, responding to departmental needs
    ** Coordinate training activities being carried out for the unit by external agencies including briefing them about requirements
    ** Position based in Mumbai, however will involve frequent travel.
