    5. Voice modulation, Listening skill, and audio conversation

    8. Basic computer operation
    9. Telephonic conversation.
    10. Mock interview and Workshop session

    Duration : 2 ½ months, 3 days a week / 2 hrs. per day

    Total hours : 60 hrs

    Eligibility : H.S. Passed or Equivalent & fluency in English
